How do I complete a Vue?

Claimed Vues can be found under the bottom middle My Vues section in the iVueit app. Here, you will find three tabs: To Do, In Review, and Completed. The To Do tab shows a list of claimed Vues that still need to be completed. In Review shows a list of Vues that have been submitted but are still waiting on verification from the iVueit team. The Completed tab shows a list of all Vues a Vuer has submitted. When you want to complete a Vue, go to the To Do tab and select the Vue you wish to complete. Next, tap on the circle icon in the top right corner to drop down the menu. Here, you can unclaim a Vue, open directions, report an issue, or request help through text. Select open directions to be automatically connected to the GPS navigator on your mobile device. Once you have arrived at the address, click on the blue button labeled Start Vue. To ensure you are at the correct location, the app will alert you if you are more than a quarter mile away from the street address given. The Vue process takes you step by step so you never miss out on what is requested. Follow each step, read all directions, open all PDF’s, and be sure to capture what is requested. Once completed, slide to submit at the bottom of the Vue. Our team will verify your submission in 24 hours or less. To ensure a Vue has been submitted, go to the In Review tab and check that the Vue is in queue. If it is not, please contact us and we will assist you right away.
